Queen Anne: Chester, Grasonville, Queen Anne, Queenstown, Stevensville, and Sudlersville. Caroline: Bethlehem, Denton, Federalsburg, and Preston. Dorchester: Cambridge, East New Market, and Secretary.

Qualifications

21 years in real estate sales. For the past 18 years as a Broker Associate and 11 of those years a Broker of Record. Member of the MRIS (listing service for Realtors) Mid Shore Board of Realtors, Residential Sales Council, National Association of Realtors, Graduate Realtors Institute, Accredited Buyers Representative, Million Dollar, Executive and Presidential Club. In the past I have volunteered on numerous committees for the Talbot Board of Realtors including the Model Forms Committee, Political Affairs Committee, Bylaws Review Committee. Memberships other than the field of real estate currently or in the past include The National Association of Female Executives, Chesapeake WomenÕs Network (two years as president), United States Chamber of Commerce, Rotary. Fund raiser for the mentally challenged. Volunteer for numerous charities. Prior to real estate I was in the building business and trucking business on the Western Shore of Maryland and Virginia.

Availability

7 days a week with a little advance notice, 15 minutes and your call is returned. When out of the office my direct lines are forwarded to my cell phone. Personal assistant available 5 days a week.

Licensed The state of Maryland Representation I represent only one party per transaction, either the Buyer or Seller. I will inform you at our first contact by phone or in person as to who I will be representing. Once we meet the representation will be in writing. Buyers Representation

I will work with you as a buyers agent at no cost to you, the buyer, to locate a suitable property. I will furnish you with past sales in the area you are looking and negotiate on your behalf. My purpose as a buyers agent is to get you the best terms and conditions possible. If you are interested in property that is not on the market I will not hesitate contacting the owners to see if they would consider selling. I also can represent you in other areas of Maryland. Sellers Representation

When your property is listed with me your property will be marketed to the public and other agents on a monthly basis. My representation and marketing proposal will always be in writing. Your property will be on numerous sites on the Internet. My purpose is to work for you to get you the highest dollar and the best terms possible. I also can represent you in other areas of Maryland.
